What leasing options are available?
We offer 12 month and short term lease options at a premium.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
You are able to request any apartment that is available during the time frame you need. In order to hold any apartment, you must complete an application and pay the application fee.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
We require either a Surity Bond or Security Deposit upon approval. Any security deposit paid is non-refundable at move out. Surity Bonds are non-refundable.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Vouchers are accepted.
Are utilities inlcuded?
Utilities are not included.
Is renter's insurance required?
Renter's Insurance is required and each tenant is required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance and $10,000 in personal property. The community must be included as an "Interested Party" or "Additionally Insured".
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Our pool is open during the summer season. Pool days and times may vary but the official pool season begins on Memorial Day and ends on Labor Day.
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
Laundry Care Center's are open 24-7.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
All of our apartment homes are internet/cable ready. Tenant's are responsible for securing their own internet/cable account and will pay their bill directly to the service provider.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Unfortunately, we do not have package lockers and we do not accept packages for our residents. You may however, have your packages delivered directly to your apartment or utilize a storage locker facility in the immediate area.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
No. Conveniently located dumpsters are located throughout the community for resident's to dispose of their trash.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
*We are a pet friendly community. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is required. *Restrictions apply.
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
We are conveniently located to all major highways including I-495, I-95 & Baltimore/Washington Parkway.
Are the apartments furnished?
No
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Yes
Do apartments have dishwashers?
Yes
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
Select apartment homes come with furnished microwaves.
