All vehicles parked in open spaces in the community must display a parking sticker on their front driver's side windshield. You will be towed if you are parked in a fire lane or in any other space that is not a parking space, whether it has a parking decal or not. This includes, but is not limited to, parking in restricted areas. Parking for visitors is only allowed from 6:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Any vehicle parked in a handicap parking space must display a handicap permit and have a valid handicap hangtag. All vehicles towed are at the owner's expense and risk. The property owner will not reimburse anyone for towing costs, or any damages incurred. Decals are only for registered residents and/or lessees with vehicle registration in their name. Parking decals are not transferable. We cannot provide guest parking decals, which would negate our parking policy efforts. ONLY ONE VEHICLE CAN BE REGISTERED PER APARTMENT. THE SECOND VEHICLE RECEIVES A COST OF $75 DOLLARS EVERY MONTH. TO REGISTER A VEHICLE, YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AND YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION. PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY PARKING LOT OR SPACE. ANY VEHICLE FOUND IN POOR CONDITION, MISLABELED OR WITH EXPIRED REGISTRATION WILL HAVE TO FIND PARKING OFF THE PROPERTY, OR IT WILL BE TOWED. NO VEHICLE CAN BE STORED. DO NOT REPAIR ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE EXCEPT FIXING A FLAT TIRE. IF A RESIDENT LOSES, DESTROYS OR DOES NOT RETURN THE DECAL(S) UPON MOVE-IN, THEY WILL BE CHARGED $250.00 PER DECAL ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE A PERMIT ON THE FRONT WINDSHIELD ON THE LEFT SIDE. RESIDENTS SHOULD NOT PARK IN THE SPACE OF FUTURE RESIDENTS AND OFFICES AT ANY TIME.
